Shareholders Vote Overwhelmingly in Support of INM
Dublin/London, 11th June 2008: “We are pleased to report that shareholders voted overwhelmingly in support of the Company at today’s Annual General Meeting” said Brian Hillery, Chairman, Independent News & Media PLC [‘INM’].
In a range of resolutions involving re-election of Directors, approval of dividend and adoption of the Accounts, there was clear and unambiguous support for the Company and its Board.
