Result of INM EGM
Independent News & Media PLC ['INM'] advises that the resolution proposed for consideration at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held in Dublin today was approved.
This resolution related to the proposed restructuring of INM's interest in APN News & Media Limited ['APN'] by means of the offer for APN by the Consortium of which it is a member, as contained in the Circular to shareholders dated 30th April, 2007.
