Release of iTouch’s pathfinder listing particulars
The Pathfinder Listing Particulars for the flotation of iTouch plc ("iTouch " or "the Company"), an international provider of mobile consumer and corporate services, will be released today (the "Pathfinder Listing Particulars"). iTouch is seeking a listing on the London Stock Exchange and will be undertaking a global offering of ordinary shares to institutions ("the Global Offer").
Merrill Lynch will be the Sponsor, Global Co-ordinator and Bookrunner of the Global Offer, with Davy Stockbrokers and WestLB Panmure acting as Co-lead Managers.
The Pathfinder Listing Particulars set out the indicative offer price range of 100p to 130p per ordinary share (the "Price Range"). Based on the mid-point of the Price Range ("the Mid-Range Price") of 115p per ordinary share:
