Dublin/London, 19 February 2013 Independent News & Media PLC (“INM”) today confirms that it has withdrawn its request for an Extraordinary General Meeting of APN News & Media Limited [ASX, NZX:APN], in which it has a 28.95% shareholding. This follows the resignations announced yesterday by APN.
