INM propsed disposal of UK Regional titles to Newsquest

The UK Department of Trade and Industry [‘DTI’] has today agreed to the unconditional transfer of the majority of Independent News & Media PLC’s [‘INWS.I’] regional newspaper titles in the Greater London area to Newsquest.
