Independent News & Media PLC ['INM'] (ticker: INWS.I; INWS.L) has today issued a document to its shareholders containing details on the proposed restructuring of its interest in APN News & Media Limited ['APN'] by means of the offer for APN by the Consortium, of which INM is a member, as announced on 17th April 2007 (the 'Circular').
