Holding in Company
Notice under Chapter 2 Part IV of the Companies Act 1990
On 26 March 2008 Bank of Ireland Asset Management Limited informed the Company that as at 26 March 2008 it held 24,017,924 (3.04%) ordinary shares of €0.30 each in the Capital of the Company.
These shares are held as registered owner only on behalf of a range of clients who are each the beneficial owner of a portion of the shareholding.
