Mr. Donal Buggy (31), A.C.A., has been appointed Group Financial Controller, Independent Newspapers, PLC.
Mr. Buggy joined Independent Newspapers, PLC in November 1996 as Group Finance Manager. He was previously employed with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
