Further re Director Appointment

27 October 2011, Dublin Independent News & Media PLC (“INM” and/ or the “Company”) announced the appointment of Mr. James Osborne to the Board of Directors of the Company on 24 October, 2011. The Company hereby makes the following additional disclosures in respect of Mr. Osborne in compliance with Rule 6.6.7 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Rule 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
